Her professional journey is deeply rooted in the restaurant industry where multiple generations of successful entrepreneurs and restauranteurs taught her the value of hard work. Rebecca further honed her talents and passion for hospitality in the hotel industry as General Manager, Area Manager and Project Manager for multiple large-scale developments. Rebecca is known for her unwavering commitment and tireless dedication to making businesses thrive. From top-level strategy to the most intricate operational details, Rebecca’s philosophy of “treating the business like it’s your own” ensures that every facet of her work is executed with precision and excellence.

Rebecca managed multiple properties including Country Inn & Suites and Holiday Inn & Suites Punta Gorda before undertaking the ambitious task of building The Suites at Fishermen’s Village in 2020 — an independent luxury hotel situated on Charlotte Harbor. The success of this project led to new opportunities with the founding of Athena Consulting Group Inc. In every endeavor, Rebecca embodies unwavering dedication as a true leader in her field.

Prashant is a second-generation hotelier and General Contractor who has realized his American Dream through successful careers in construction, real estate, and smart investments. With a passion for building from the ground up, Prashant honed his skills leading multiple hotel construction projects. His extensive industry knowledge through market highs and lows, paired with his experience in midrise and commercial construction make him an indispensable asset to Athena Consulting Group. Prashant’s approachability and keen understanding gives clients the insight they need to deliver top-notch results.

ELLEN POPE

Ellen Pope’s background in human resources, communications, sales, marketing, graphic design, creative technology and general administration brings a multi-faceted skillset to the team. Ellen is known for her attention to detail, strong work ethics, and creative thinking. She is always ready to tackle any challenge head-on, go the extra mile with a smile, and provide genuine care and attention every project deserves.
